AvatarMeet 2013 dates confirmed!
The dates are now official for Avatar Meet 2013. The event will be in two parts: An informal pre-meet in Washington D.C. Monday July 22nd - Thursday July 25th, which will allow for some sight seeing. And the main group event (with both camping and hotel-style accommodation options) in Shenandoah National Park Thursday July 25th - Monday July 29thWe are working on arranging transportation / carpools to Shenandoah on Thursday July 25th, and back to D.C. on Monday July 29th.
The group campsite at Shenandoah is booked, simply sign up on your profile page. We are still negotiating final pricing for the group hotel and hope to have details posted shortly.
More information will be posted as soon as we have it finalized, stay tuned!
